Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
I would not guess that to be the case.weird, has no model mark, must be a woodslasher or something
i dont know what im talking about 3/5ths of the time, i get lucky a lot. what do you think it is?
This is a box & crate tool. Prybar hammer & nailclaw.
That made me laugh.
I have seen heads with the bit looking thick like that but they were very corroded. Yours looks like it's pretty much intact.
Any ideas on the construction?

It is pretty neat JB.
i dont remember specifically, i think plumb may have used that kind of bevel, either way thats just ugly right there, im sure you can work some magic like you normally do but i dont like that head
I think the geometry is beautiful. Its of a type that we don't see much here in the pacific northwest. Not sure what a guy would tag that pattern (Connecticut maybe?) but they can have some age to them and that one does I suspect. They seem to be nice sized axes also. I would have been all over that one. Some have hidden potential I guess. Thanks for the vote of confidence though!

I grabbed it and the half round file in it for $2 without looking very close. But, once home and inspecting closer, their is no stamps or marks on either. They both may be vintage imports. The handle is quality made, though.thats a very weird file handle
Nice find, I have been looking for one myself. This followed me home.
