It does...I'm afraid that everything else(like choice of wood specie as well as a cut)has not been meant to function, kinda of "art",based on some hazy ideas type of a deal.Oh, man. That shelf looks like major trouble.

It´s huge, 3 kg weight, Billnäs 12.1 shown for comparison.
Wow!
I'd never order such a monster though I know the one who did. Probably by now it's been put to its uses. That's a lovely fresh forging,Ernest...Is it something you ordered custom built?...Is it HT'd yet?
I'll second that. It's a good'un! Not flashy but damn nice just the same. Plus it looks nice being in such good shape.Thats a great Jersey Flint. Near full bit with beautiful full cheeks. Excellent score.
Thank you, looks to be 3.5. I don't have a small scale. But it is closer to 3.5 than 4.congrats! nice axe. you will love it!
is it 3.5 or 4lbs?
I have a 4lb Flint Edge Jersey and it is a chopping mofo
Not sure on the grind. I just thought I would work with what was there. I am open to any suggestions you may have though? And no, no longer in the country. In town for now.I'll second that. It's a good'un! Not flashy but damn nice just the same. Plus it looks nice being in such good shape.
What will you put for a grind on it? Do you live in a rural area where you can use it much?
