It's Old Timer time, fellas: Show your U.S.-made OTs

Definitely not one of those "purdy, shined up bone- or pearl-handled, Sunday-go-to-meetin' knives"

Old Timer with a John Primble - Belknap Hardware tang stamp:

More of the herd. The 858OT, 34OT, and 77OT I found over the years with damaged blades. Pretty easy to turn them into my favorite blade profile (Sheepfoot or Wharncliffe.)

Better shot of the 77Ot: one blade tip had been broken off, one bent. Converted to Wharncliffe type blades.

More of the collection; a few of these have wandered on over to Australia and elsewhere. It's a great feeling sharing these nice old U.S. Schrades with folks in other parts of the world.

89OT - a standard 8OT but with a longer, serrated sheepfoot blade.

Chris, that 77OT is Sweet.
Hi Chris, in 1991 Schrade sold an 877UH. It was a 77OT with a Gut Hook - It was sold from 1991 to 1994.

I believe, these 1986 Red Bone sets, were the best Old Timers Schrade made for a long time.

That is a great looking 8OT.
I love those 4" Old Timers, and the 8OTs and 881s are my favorite Schrades

These 935 Primbles (8OTs made by Schrade) came in this envelope, dated 1973. They cost $4.35 each.

This is My first Schrade knife! It's a Walden 881, I have been using it for 43 years.
Snap is poor, blades are rusty and it's NOT FOR SALE.
