It's Thirsty Thursday! (Or 5 O'Clock somewhere...)

Here's my first knife, Colonial Forest-Master circa 1960, doing what it definitely didn't do 55 years ago!

As a bonus, here's another Colonial that davek14 recently gave me, and I haven't even had a chance to clean it up yet, but it should be able to help me assuage any Thursday thirst I experience:

(True confessions time: almost anything I post in this thread will be "reruns" of photos I've been periodically posting in the "did your traditional get a workout" thread. :o:rolleyes:)

It's my favorite knife to carry and I haven't taken the time to share it in a while. Thanks for the  . Evan really did a great job on this one, and I am fortunate to have lucked into it.

Sonnemann....Theres nothing quite like persuing the Kings deer :)...I have nothing but respect for dominant stags and have been beaten many times by them...My Dave Farmer knife ,although not a cap lifter, can get a cap off like an old veteran and lives in my (entrapment facility for unwary Hinds ).......Fes

How's about a straight-up GEC Lifter in green jig?

And a #15 Crown Lifter from a much warmer day last summer:

One of my all-time favorites... this Radio Jack that I've had for just over a year now - a gift from a dear friend and fellow forum member here.
