Izula-II....here it is.

Well, I sold my Izula a while back because I thought it was a bit short in the handle...but it looks like I'm going to have to give this one a shot :) :thumbup:
 
i know this is a little off topic but..when the izula - becker necker cross comes to be <the BK14> which handle will that have? the izula or the izula II?
 
Scales on the current Izula make it feel better in hand and they don't cover the entire handle. I'm sure the longer handle/scales will fit even better.
 
So I guess that's a no go on the ESEE sinkers.......crap. Seriously though I am digging the new handle.
 
Very nice. I like the way the scales go over the hole. Looks like another great addition to the ESEE line and of course now another item to want to purchase.
 
Does any one else notice what this appears to be???? A HEST sized blade prob similar handle length with no pry-bar no bottle opener and no wire break??? I know allot of people complained about those.... Well this looks like a sort of "answer" at least to me.

Well, kind of. Its thinner, the blade is shorter, and its a full flat grind. And there is no storage space in between the scales, or holes to tie things to. And you need an allen wrench to take the scales off.



Either way, this is the knife that will kick my trusty, rusty old #0096 out of my pocket. The scales look perfect, that that extra 1/2 inch will fit my gorilla hands much better.
 
Excellent! I was debating whether or not to take the scales off my Izula because my 4th finger is really uncomfortable resting on the lanyard ring. Little longer, full scales? I'm IN!!

Same colors will be available I presume?

Hopefully although only black at first.
 
Jeff - what's the chance of getting that #0001? :) Seriously though, I'm needing one of them this year for Christmas.
