Interesting Polish knife Tom, I wonder if it was made by Gerlach? I knew a bloke who imported their wooden-handled knives, to the UK, in the 1990's, and sold them at about £3 apieceSORT of random this week. The first knife in the second drawer is really just some parts held together temporarily until I find the time and materials to make a new handle for it. Skipping it (as I usually do), and counting to 13 gave me the same thing I posted just a few weeks ago, so I included it in the count instead to arrive at this pleasing plastic piece presumably produced for the puerile of Poland.

The Polish seller listed it as Oskard (same as my fish knife), but the blade shape sure does seem like the Gerlach knives I have seen on line. I seem to recall some mention of a link between the 2 companies in the seller’s description, but the original listing is gone and there is no mention of a link on either of the 2 manufacturers’ websites. There is no brand marking on the knife. Fish knife:Interesting Polish knife Tom, I wonder if it was made by Gerlach? Crosman Blades, by Utica I think, but I forget who the other possibility is.
(The top line says 910A, not Utica.)

I've had this out so recently, I'd forgotten the sheepsfoot is serrated.

I've seen a serrated sheepfoot on an old Schrade I almost bought in Salamanca, and I have one on a Camillus that has one Buckoid cover and one jigged boneoid cover, but that's it for me.Very interesting Jer, the only serrated Sheepsfoot I think I've seen before, was on a (Chinese) Schrade, Wrangler I think![]()
Right, I wasn't sure if the Schrade was an old pattern or not. Very interesting JerI've seen a serrated sheepfoot on an old Schrade I almost bought in Salamanca, and I have one on a Camillus that has one Buckoid cover and one jigged boneoid cover, but that's it for me.
I don't remember why I didn't buy the Schrade- I may have been put off by the price, or the serrations, or maybe I'd bought enough already.

Congratulations on the booster Charlie, Rachel had hers yesterday, and I got mine a couple of weeks agoPulled on a pair of sweat pants today, already equipped with my White Owl "Tabac", in the pocket, so kept it there. Slowly gaining a patina, you can see it is helping me with my afternoon fruit break!!
Wearing turquoise today to protect me as I get my booster shot!!

Ha! I'm first!
I'm not sure I've carried this since I bought it super cheap in Little Falls a few years ago. It's so teeny.
I'm sure I have the wrong picture in my mind.Mount Girl
