January Challenge Discussion...

Hey, my best friend has been known to be a tool. Will he count? Haha!!!

Crap, didn't think of that. You got pics and evidence of his "toolhood"?

We might be in trouble here, with our first official loophole.

Damn.

Well for what it's worth, I have been a tool from time to time. So looks like I only get to use my BK7.

That and if I ask for a pic of his "toolhood" I will likely end up in the ER.

54*F right now. Good thing most of the month is left. I can't imagine we'd make it through without a good snow storm or two. If not, I'll have to see if I can travel up to my neighbor's cabin for a weekend.

We had a high of 1C (33F) which is warm for this time of year .... my coworkers keep yellin at me , because I keep asking for SNOW :D

Whether or not I participate in this challenge, I want it to snow!! I picked up some of the USGI snowshoes in early November! I wanna get those puppies out there!! The woods are real purdy in the snow too.

Anyone seen snow yet? Its cold enough here but nothing since October. I'm thinking ill have to put the ice maker on over drive and make it out of cubes like legos

We got a touch of snow a few days ago. Meaning, we had enough snow to almost get your feet cold if you were wearing flip-flops. It was so much snow, I couldn't even see through the windshield...

Yea, pretty underwhelming, but at least the highs haven't been in the 50's anymore.

And if you actually build your cave out of ice cubes like legos, I think I might die of laughter, and then tell people all over how cool you are.

We are in a winter weather advisory here tonight. I wish the forecast was just for snow, but its for rain changing to snow and high winds. Right now its 39 and its supposed to get to 16 tonight. Sounds like fun driving conditions for me tonight!!! Maybe we will get some snow that will stay now though and mabye I'll be able to try this challenge.

We had a tiny bit of snow - less than an inch - when the contest was posted. It melted next day I think. I'm going to build a tiny shelter out of ice cream or something and photoshop myself in there. :p

It was 50*F today. We might get an inch tomorrow, so hopefully that will be the start of winter for us.

65 degrees, and THUNDERSTORMING here.

Seriously. Thunder storms.

Moose

that's it -- I'm going to go sleep in a hammock in the woods Friday night.
If it's going to act like it's not winter, I'm going to camp like it's not winter...
