• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Just my .02. Knife making is an art and if all artists produce the same or similar "art" then what's the point? Jason's knives are his art and if that's what he want them to look like, then so be it. It's simple, if you don't like them, look else where OR better yet (if you're looking to buy), tell him, "I like your knives but could you do one with a polished blade for me?" I think the belt sanded blades look different in a good way. I'm betting they wouldn't show finger prints half as bad as a polished blade. I for one am extremely impressed with the work I see; I wish I had the talent. For what it's worth...

Thanks very much Jason!

Thanks @Cajun.

I'm one of those who likes a belt finish on some knives. Especially one that will see use.

The only custom folder I have purchased, I asked for a hand rubbed. I think 600 grit? Looks nice but does not show scratches as much as a polished blade.

No wrong answer.

Buy what you like. If you want a satin, or hand rubbed, or mirror polished go for it.

My Ranger is shipping to me next week!! I specifically love the different rough look that the Ranger has, the finish of this knife matches the name completely. Gorgeous knife Jason!!!!

Thanks my friend!

Got an itch to make a Gentlemen folder. I wanted something with clean lines, wood and Ti bolsters. Also wanted a clean action, with no thumb studs, therefore designed as a front flipper. It has been named after my favorite classy mini 1911 pistol, the "Colt Mustang". Here is a quick shot of it in action. This version will be replaced by a frame lock and will include a pocket clip.
