I personally tried the following:

jigsaw, handsaw

the jigsaw worked ok, for about 2 seconds after which the teeth got eaten up, I tried both wood and metal blades.

The handsaw worked better because it generated less heat, but still ate up the teeth.

I finally tried some carbide jigsaw blades from harbor freight that are sold in 3 packs and are like $5 bucks. They seemed to do the trick. I believe Jim uses a wet tile saw. This stuff has the consistency of marble so that would probably work the best, or a diamond coated blade of some sort. I would try the carbide jigsaw blades from harbor freight unless you have very delicate precise cuts to make.
