That is different than what I was thinking of Triton , yea we may be receiving a 1099 from PP . I was referring to the issue where the white house was demanding that your bank inform the IRS of any $ 600.00 movement of money out of or into any bank account you may have .
 
In Missouri theft or “stealing” is a Class A misdemeanor if the value of the property stolen is more than $150 but less than $750. $750-$25000 would be a Class D felony.

He got me for $200 and I have confirmed he previously shipped the knife to another member then sold it again to me.

Boru answered the part on seeing posts, but I will add: The mods usually don't ban a member while there is still hope of recovery. That day has past for this Xmember. Unfortunately your money is gone. The only members that received their items were those he used to set up his credit to pull off his rip off. At this point your only recourse will be if someone starts a case with USPS inspectors or police and add your claim -your amount will likely be too small to get their attention by itself.
 
I paid him for a Troodon and he sent me a USPS shipping and tracking number after I badgered him for it. The knife never made it to the post office… I found this thread shortly after. Just adding my story for more evidence against him.
 
I’d be suprised if he didn’t return the money seeing as now the people he scammed out of thousands total have his address and face so let’s hope this doesn’t continue much longer and everyone can get back what they r owed

I’d be pretty scared if I was him seeing as all the people I owed lots of money to had my address now
