I cooked a whole package of thick cut from the meat locker on Sunday- Bacon on everything since! --- Wife made sausage gravy and I even crumble bacon on the top- man that's fantastic!
 
I guess I really don't need one of these after all I'm just going to send one of mine in to AZTimT
