Man - the week of NFL overachievers!
My contest with TPVT went down to the last three plays - literally. This was the lowest scoring matchup, and one of two this week with a margin of just one point.
Jackhammer and Brees went at it in what I would describe as the ups and downs matchup - and again, Brees was Jackhammered with a heartbreaking 91 to 92 loss.
That song from last year's nfl.com commecial kept going through my head as I lost in my "pay league" soundly (opponent had Peyton...) while my star WR, "megatron" put up a proud 3 points.

For week one - The Dakota Daggers, led by his crew of Jacksons and Johnsons did NOT get beat by a girl, anchored by career high play from Vick and the dark horse TE from STL, Cook. Whoda thunkit?
The Jabronis defeated last years champion in a matchup that saw our defending champion score 116 points and still lose. Career days out of AJ Green, Reggie Bush and Damryius Thomas pushed the Jabronis to a winning 123 points. Who would think that Damryius Thomas would score as much as Aaron Rogers?
Finally, in the biggest of the big dogs category, the Geodudes found the cache with Peyton Manning in his juggernaut 51 point, 7 td showing. 29 points out of Victor Cruz rounded out what can only be described as a dream fantasy week for the 'dudes with 156 points. KYe might have learned something about RGIII - but it would be hard to start Eli over RG, even knowing Eli put up a sturdy 35 points throwing mostly to mr. Cruz.
If the season goes like this, it will be interesting to watch - maybe painful at the same time.
