Hey all,
So with week 4 in the books, as Andy would say, and it seems everyone has something to blame on Tom Brady.
Mqqn has the week off...to "work" although really I just think he's scared of facing the furious rabbits this week (ha!)... I'm just a bye week fill in (get it, hun, it's an (American) football reference!) I may also have been up late researching in a vain attempt not to suck up the field every week, so, yeah...
...let me now pretend to be Mathew Berry...
I'm 1-3 and I promise I'm not going to complain' Cost Cut Cousins - who couldn't pick the dang ball up without it getting intercepted - or the Terrible Titans - who
need to run the ball! silly long hair razzle frattin QB -

.
I did drop Top Brady today, it feels weird and wrong but I doubt I'll be alone this week it seems to be the story of the season and you can definitely see it in all of the matches here as well.
Saintly Brees 94
No Ordinary Rabbit 90
The Saintly Crew nawed the Rabbits a new one this week, it wasn't even close, not really. Saintly won mid-way through the Sunday game, and really on Thursday when Desean Jackson was fed diddly-squat by the aforementioned Clueless Cousins (I'm not bitter at all!.) But there was slight hope for the Rabbits as the complete disintegration of the patriots actually helped as it highlighted the potential of their recent Wavier Wire add, TE Travis Kelce. The Brees on the other hand reveled in Smith "not so" Senior's continued revival and another great fantasy day for Rivers. Even Stafford, playing from the bench, seemed eager to chew on the rabbits, and to top it off the Brees picked the right Baltimore RB this week which really was just spiking the football.
Jackhammer 98
Dakota Daggers 126
Jackhammer continued to struggle this week, but even with Larry Donnell on their bench they were able to put up a
very respectable 98 points, a noticeable uptick in their weekly scoring. With Marshawn Lynch back this week Jackhammer may be ready for a resurgence. In the meantime solace can be found in the idea that the Daggers, our highest scoring team this week, shook this scoreboard so hard it may well have inadvertently knocked the sense out of Nick Foles (you explain it then!) much to the dismay of one of the teams below (well, you explain it then!). Then again when you have a DeMarco Murray - who continues to not get injured, yay! - and kills the time by tearing up the ground everywhere he goes it might not matter who the other team has under center.
Marshall Mather 2014 56
Stoney's Jabronis 111
Speaking of Nick Foles, Marshall Mather might have a word or two to say about the otherwise fine signal caller. If he was going to have a dud week, though, he picked a good one to have it in. The Patriots melt down spread here as well, because Mather's flex option, Julian Edleman, posted up his first (fantasy) stinker. Even worse…frankly, when you can't trust Calvin Johnson then who can you trust? The Jabronis on the other hand seem rocket propelled even with most of their team on BYE, this time thanks to the other Manning - does anyone else think the family might just own the Stoney Janronis money

– they crossed the century mark with ease. Still we can't take away from the quite flex play of 3 touch down Asiata, a nice pick up that no doubt makes up for the average (poor by his standards) day for Maclin and the often disappointing Bye week fill in Donald Brown.
The Honey Badgers 92
Stainless Steelers 101
Can we all just take a moment to appreciate that Andy is 3-1 with Cam Newton as his starting QB: My mind = blown. Yes, the Stainless Steelers got another victory this week whether the dynamic Newton liked it or not. Frank Gore continues to prove age is just a number and if it were a wall he'd run through that to. On the other hand the great game by Nelson for the Steelers seems ironic since the QB who gave Nelson the ball was sitting on the Badgers bench. In a further twist of irony the underperforming Steelers QB was being protected by the DTST that posted a disappointing Goose Egg for the Badgers. Still, going forward the Badgers hardest decision might be which awesome QB to play now that they are both scoring. Not so bad.
p.s: The Badgers also suffered along with Jackhammer with the other surprise TE performance, Delanie Walker, sitting on their bench as well.
The Bucky Beavers 76
The Todd Squad 82
The Cousins toting Todd Squad and the Luck bearing Beavers met this week but the Beavers are forced to wait another week for the re-emergence of the legendary LeSean McCoy and were stuck once again with his identical twin brother - this one’s not so good. But it's also clear that the fall of Tom Brady (or his offensive line, or the GM or the coach, I'm not taking sides, they all seem to suck

) continues to spread it’s muck, this time a good way, for the Todd Squad, as Jamaall Charles posted up a 28 game while tearing the Pat's apart- more than making up for the Interception Machines melt down earlier in the week. So despite having Luck, the clear number 1 QB, post another monster week and Lamar Miller once again getting it done it appears there is no escaping the effects of that one game.
Or to put it another way, it's all Tom Brady's fault.
Good game everyone, and good luck with week…er…5.
Now let's all hope Andy gets back form is own BYE week soon, safely, but quickly too
