JohnDF's Sci Fi GAW Part II

Well, my first inclination was to go with these folks. But, then I realized there be a handful of people out there that don't recognize the heroic genuis of these individuals.

*Sigh...*

Sooooo... I went for the more obvious.

:D

Thank you John. Very nice!
Guess I'm with the handful, but I know Captain America!

:D

They're the main characters from the movie The Big Lebowski and they're pretty much the antithesis of super heroes. :p
I have some friends that allude to that film often. I have disliked more Coen Bros. films than I have liked, though. Raising Arizona made me laugh a few times. Didn't like No Country for Old Men except for the scene where the bad guy is trying to get information from a secretary/clerk/receptionist(?). That was funny to me. O Brother, Where Art Thou? had some good music, but don't care to see it again. Got the sound track. :)

Like Vince, I haven't seen that movie. But I do like that Captain America shield. I'd love to have a knife with a Captain America shield!!!

I'm in. Thanks for the chance.

Got Lifeforce? She'll soon fix that.

Don't see a lot of naked French space vampire movies these days.
Actually, that knife is very Sci Fi looking.

I had a neighbor once who had a stream on his property that ran into a pond that he called Lake Kilgore.

The other knife I considered was my Alox Farmer.
In.

Is that an Anza? Cool knife.

How about a little "science-fact"? Does this count?
I'm in and thank you for the opportunity.

Looks like it counts to me :D

Not an entry, but thanks for hosting another generous and interesting GAW, John!:cool::cool::thumbsup: The prizes are handsome knives, and it's fun to follow everyone's entries.

As I did with your first sci fi related GAW last summer, I'll probably drop in occasionally to "play along", even though I'd prefer not to be considered for a prize. This post is my initial contribution an an "unofficial participant".

Product placement is everything!

I added a shot of it open to my entry post.

"Colonel, we understand that you showed great courage through a terrible ordeal."
"No, you don't understand! She murdered my crew and disabled my ship! She's destroyed worlds!
And leaving her was the hardest thing I ever did."

Great artwork, Darren. Those two are pretty much opposites, great to see them in the same picture.

But there has only ever been
one truly inhuman evil sci fi baddie...
THE HOOD....
Perhaps this candid long lost video shows us he maybe more like us than we imagine....I mean this is pretty much what I do when a new knife arrives....
Meako, you are a strange dude... I like that about you. :D
