Karda, believes we are all stupid. He has the audacity to bluff me and you by trying to make a liar out of me. i was happy to go away, but now I am going to show you what a karda really is.

Look at these posts and read the descriptions then see how he copied my picture from Saturdays post to his hard drive then up loaded and added it to my old post

Not sure what you are playing at old bean, but you are on the short road to being banned with posts like the above.

Reexamine your reasons for posting in this forum.

Chuck, read the post entirely. Karda took posts from months ago and added the picture to each to show I had asked about these in the past.

The wild card is that I spoke to Bernard last night about this. He gave me some good pointers about the forum and how to ignore it.

Now comes karda, I posted the actual knives that were discussed in each doctored post.

Bernard has not replied about the knife with the pin although karda is trying to make it seem like he did. we spoke about the other knife from 2 weeks ago that he has in his possession.

Like I said, I was happy to go away, but when I see this libel and slander against me on a public forum meant to ruin my credibility, the old USMC comes out of me and I am to fight. I copied this whole thread and am considering my options.

karda clearly violated forum rules by doing this, are you prepared to call for his banning?
 
First off Walter, let me say that I have nothing against you, I was interested to see the responses to your previously posted pictures so that I could possibly pick up a factoid or two.

My comment posted above was aimed at hopefully getting you to relax a bit and not be confrontational. This tends to be a laid back part of the forum, and everyone who posts in Bernards sub forum tend to be helpful and generous.

I noticed that you got a bit miffed due to lack of responses in one of your previous threads, and seemed to be posting this thread with the sole intent of starting a dust up. I do not think that this sub forum is the place for such a to do.

My comment about banning was directed solely at your posting in a confrontational style, how the accusations play out remain to be seen. Of course any breach of the rules calls for sanction regardless of who commits it.

I will not post anything else regarding this thread and let you have it out with Karda or anyone else who you think has slighted you.

chuck, I am done posting here, I think this forum is great, but when someone like karda is allowed to do this type of thing with no reponse from his peers, it shows me this is a close minded forum with a good ole boy club following

This all started because one person who doesnt know me decided instead of asking how I felt, told me and all of you how I felt. His summation was wrong and he in turn started the ball rolling for the rest to follow.

I do not know of any more PC way to say, "if these are not of interest, I would stop posting them".

Then Karda comes along and took the time to doctor my posts in order to discredit me. This action took more than a couple of minutes to do. I am not accusing him, I am condemning him.
 
Huh? I see Karda referenced two of your previous posts WW, what is "doctored?"

Between the "doctored" photo's, edited posts, and deleted photo's it's pretty difficult to determine what the heck you are looking for.

Apparently walter has had at least two other threads about this particular knife, with responses from Bernard.
In one of those threads he was asked to provide better pictures and chose not to. Why he chose to try to have us identify it again or have his little meltdown today is beyond me.

Ramm, the pictures referenced in those older posts were not originally IN those posts. The replies given were given for different knives.

Dude, chill out. There is no way that Karda or any other regular member here could change your posts. Only the moderators have that power (to edit out profanity, etc.) and they don't get to be moderators by doing stupid stunts like that. I think the reason folks here aren't joining the dogpile of condemnation is because they know this.

If anything, if those are not the original pictures that were supposed to be in those old posts, I would assume it has something to do with the site you're hosting the photos on. If you've removed old photos in time & added new ones they could get mixed up?

Now then, once you've got this out of your system, could we (I) see some better photos of your arrowhead collection sometime?

You are correct that they were on photobucket at one time. use some common sense and right click on the propeerties and see when this pic was created. It wasn't in November of last year. It was today!!!!!!!!!!!

Sir, your combative tone goes against the grain of this forum. If you have a legitimate grievance, you will probably receive a better response if you put forth the evidence in a clear and civil manner. As it stands, it looks as though you are simply spoiling for a fight.
 
For starters you should not be posting this forum. It has no place here. If you have a complaint about a member of this forum you had best do it in the Feedback Forum. If you have come back here simply to stir the pot and cause trouble I will not hesitate to pull the trigger and ban you as a troll.

Do I make myself perfectly clear?

Either take it to the correct forum or walk your ass right out the door.
 
Ken, you can do as you see fit with me! I think enough of the forum people can see what has transpired. i have emailed the forum owner and have received no response to this situation other than you threatening me.

This absolutely belongs here because this is not a feedback issue. It is one of a dishonest member manipulating the truth and causing further confusion and you ignoring it further validates the conjured up post by karda as being the truth.

You have my email and if you ban me I would like an explanation as to why!

Unless you have irrefutable proof that Karda did such a thing you are in the wrong for airing it out in thsi forum. This is NOT the forum to post this in. Period. End of story. It's a Feedback issue. You are calling into question someone's integrity. You are not discussing knives. Now get with the program.

There is absolutely no way for him to edit and doctor your posts. None whatsoever. He is not a moderator and does not have that capacity as a Gold member. Wise up and use common sense.

BTW, moving this to Feedback.

I see a huge misunderstanding, and you reacting poorly to it. Once again, registered users, basic members, gold members, and platinum members (i.e., all non moderators here) CANNOT change your posts. When you signed up / registered for an account on bladeforums you had to create a user ID and password. You have a password so that no one else can get into your account. If you did not give this password to Karda, then he did not create the problem, and you owe him an apology.
 
If I edited a post from anyone there is no way to hide that fact. It states at the bottom of the page that it was 'Edited by' whoever the mod was that did the edit.

There are ways a picture can be changed if you loaded those pictures using a third party site. But even then, only if someone has access to your password to get into your account and make changes to what picture loads with the HTML link assigned to the ones you loaded originally. I'm a bit unsure about whether anything other than a big red x would show once the link is messed with in anyway from that third party server though. In the past when I have made changes just by making a picture smaller (the same picture as the one loaded to blade forums) once I made that resize and clicked done nothing but a red x showed up here even though it was the same picture. In other words the entire process of loading the link from blade forums was the only way to make the picture load.


Still if I read your complaint (should I say "accusation?") you are stating this person changed your post here on blade forums. I'm telling you as a moderator here that this is not possible without it being visible to all that the post was edited, why and who did the edit. Come into my sub forum and make a post and I'll demonstrate for you.

For the record.

I posted the links to Walters original threads in their entirety. In no way shape or form did i edit or otherwise manipulate them. I would'nt and could not do that. I called it as i saw it, and that is all.
