Okay, this is getting out-of-hand. The situation seems to have gone from a simple argument through a misunderstanding and misconception to confrontations and threats. Perhaps we should step back and take another assessment of the situation, yeah?
 
I tried, you would have never heard from me again until he did that! I asked for my membership to be removed last night.

I have had nothing but stellar interactions with Karda. In a way, he is the right hand man of the HI forum taking new guys under his wing, answering questions asked, and offering very helpful suggestions to improve the forum. Our forum is much, much richer for having him around. He is a helpful and extremely valuable asset to Yangdu, Ted, and myself. In short, he out mods the mods most of the time:thumbup:.

That said, it is impossible that he edited your posts. Not only is it technically impossible to do so, but I believe that Karda simply does not have the capability of such malicious intent in him. He's simply too good of a guy for that.

This is not a "good ol' boys club". You become a respected member here by being polite, friendly, and helpful when you can. You prove your worth through action and sometimes inaction when goaded by a troll. Please see Karda's measured and level-headed response in this thread for an example of that. Wildly tossing accusations out there will get you nowhere. Now, if you want to go toe-to-toe about Karda's character, I will gladly step up and show you a dozen instances where he has acted like a class act. i could show you 100 examples, but to be quite frank, I don't believe that you will take them to heart nor are you worth the effort.

Now relax and heed the advice of some people that are earnestly trying to be helpful.

I just try to be helpful when and where i can, and try to conduct myself in a friendly ADULT manner. You are right in the fact that i would not act in the manner Walter has described. I would not and could not edit someone posts.

Respect here is earned, not given. Your accusations and antagonistic behavior has only earned you disdain and bewilderment among the members. Do you think the whole forum is lying to you? If so, then you need to find a new place to play. If not then chill out, read more, learn more and play in a more congenial manner.

By the way that is not a bad looking knife you made. Good idea to use materials from your design work. What type of damascus is it?

Psychpomp hurt my feelings so I quit! I will crawl back to knife hell and remember the beating I took!

Someone advise me how to delete my "Cynical, terse and insulting statements" and I will crawl back under the percieved rock that i came from and leave the postiing to the righteous :D

For this i must jump over your balcony, hide your brain in the most obvious of places and deface all your posts in front of you, all the while giving you the hardman face. :)

At any rate, Hopefully Walter has learned that The world does not revolve around his every word and that people are not as stupid or gullible as he wishes they were. I hope he can find a way to seek professional help for all his issues. Hopefully he can continue to post here with a better attitude and demeanor.
