Is everyone else on summer vacation?
I usually do weights mon, wed, fri.. but I just wasn't feeling it on wed, so I did extra cardio... will probably lift tomorrow.

Did some free weights for the first time in about 15 years.. I am needing to change up my routine, I am burned out after the same thing for months now.. Going to add some free weight sets next month.
330 light reps.
54.2 + 3.3 = 57.5 BSPs TTD.
190 light reps.
57.5 + 1.9 = 59.4 BSPs to date.
Good idea! I find my body flourishes when I'm doing a mix of free weights, machines, cable machines, and bodyweight exercises. How many days each week do you lift? What types of routines do you favor?

24 med reps and 36 heavy reps... .4 + 1.4 + 75.2 = 77.0 ttd
I am looking to transition to a smaller amount of free weights and get some extra cardio style exercises going... whatever I do i need to change it up some.
