Junglas Laserna Pack

A good pack will always be heavy but stong. I have the camelbak one that ive used in the field for 3 years now and besides being faded and stained, it still is in almost new condition.

Warranty on soft goods like backpacks is a little different than knives and even sheaths. We would absolutley replace the pack if defects in workmanship or materials is found but also if it fails under normal use we might replace it. It is tough to absolutley state exact conditons that would warrant replacement under use in the field so we handle any problems on a case by case basis. So far we have had no returns or complaints about quality or failures. Cordura, thread and webbing in general just don't have the resistance to destruction that a piece of steel does and thus the parameters change from our "No questions asked" , unlimited warranty on knives to "Let us know what happened" to the backpack and we will try to accommodate if we can. The sheaths are a little different in that there is only so much you can do to a sjheath and it isn't sujected to nearly the rigors that a backpack is. So we pretty much replace the sheath unless you dropped it in the campfire. Hope this helps a little explaining the warranty policy on soft goods. Mike

Good to know, Mike. I'm ordering one in once I get my tax return, which should be within the week.

I'm into some good packs right now - EDC is RUSH 24, it's held up well thru about a year of abuse and about 19 pounds with Laptop

My ATS RAID..well...with that pack there's not much to say that isn't said all over every operator or mil web site...mine's been everything but shot and still is awesome.

I would buy the ESEE pack no question, no hesitation if I needed it. Reminds me of the old Eagle Industries packs that took so much abuse for so many.

I just ordered one of these in OD yesterday. Along with a coffee mug and a few 5/6 pouches.

I had been eyeing this pack for a few months now and after seeing TTD's pics, clicking the add to cart button was easy.

I'm thinking this pack will go well with my Max Jumbo KISS versipack.
what do you think of that KISS bag?

Looks like a grate pack. I need to pic a couple of them up for me and the girl. Does anyone other then the esee sight Sell them?

what do you think of that KISS bag?

I like it with the exception of the main pouch. It only has the flap that covers it and it doesn't fully cover the opening. I prefer zippered pockets. I haven't lost anything out of the main pocket yet but I could see it happening.

The bag really holds a lot and is quite comfortable to wear for extended periods.

My OD Junglas pack arrived just over two weeks ago. I absolutely love it. It is exactly the pack I've been searching for. There is so much storage for what appears to be a small pack. In the main compartment there is a nice "lid" that can be used to compress some items to create more space.

I also really like the two zippered mesh pouches. The admin pocket gives lots of options to organize the smaller gear in the pack. Although the pack is a bit heavy when empty(5.5 lbs.) the build quality makes it worth it.

I'm heading to an air show this weekend and will take the Laserna with me.

On a side note, does anyone know where I could get a molle pouch that will hold a 32oz nalgene bottle that I could attach to the Laserna?

Still, Monsieur, beats the heck out of my french! Your video was a good overview - pretty much sealed the deal for me to buy the pack myself.
