Just A Picture - Traditional Picture Show

That stag is mind blowing !!! Love both knives and great photograph too !!
Thank you Gev! The red stag 72 was a favorite of mine from the first time I laid eyes on one. Many years later Brett (KBA), after breaking his in just right made it available. I just happened to be fortunate enough to be able to claim it. Turns out it's not just a pretty face but very handy all-rounder as well. Brett my friend... thank you once again.

Great idea for a photo James.:thumbsup:
Thanks Alan, it's amazing what satellites are showing us these days.

Awesome pair there James! The Red stag is obviously one of GEC's best ever, but the drop point and Ebony(?) 83 is just a classic too! I gotta find one of those!
Thanks Mark, two of my favorites too. Lock backs are super easy on the hands to open and may afford an extra level of safety during use. The 83 is ebony and a sweet size. Hope you can locate one, you're sure to like it.

Yes, beautiful watch Gev, and so old too! When you think what knocks and a beating a wristwatch can get, not to mention all the corrosive sweat it has to endure...it's a miracle to get 10 years out of one

But then, watches are like knives and shoes, the more you have, the more evenly the wear's distributed:D:cool:

Thank you Will  It still amazes me every time I wind it and she starts right up. I still baby it and its brethren, as I do with some of my knives :D If I plan to sweat...I take it off and/or put on my Timex Ironman ;):)
