Just A Picture - Traditional Picture Show

Gevo, if 9 is the highest then on cloud nine it shall be called. :D

Just another for fun

That swayback is beautiful Jack. Rat tail bolsters, a square and flush tang -- a nice example of old school Sheffield craftsmanship.

Interesting photographs of your beauties, Jack! Thanks for the look:D The sea turtle shot has me confused how you made it:confused:

Thanks pal  On my way back from Whitby last weekend, I stopped off at a small sealife sanctuary. For some years, they have had a giant sea turtle, which suffered brain damage after being hit with a boat propeller in its native waters. It was swimming around in one of the very large tanks they have, together with lots of fish and other marine creatures. You can view the tank from various angles, from above, underneath, and through various 'portholes'. I was just taking a few pics of my knife with a tropical fish background, when the turtle suddenly swam into view just as I was taking one. Because my camera is pretty basic it focused on the turtle rather than the knife. Just a lucky shot - of the turtle at least ;)

Here's one of the pics I took before the turtle arrived

Thanks for the explanation, Jack. The aquarium looked to small for the turtle but I see its just camera and angle. :D

Great pictures of some real beauties ....keep them coming and Thank You all !!!!

Was hoping for Trilliums and Trout Lilies this week, instead we got 12 inches of new snow.:( Soon come, hopefully.:D

Robin
