I've lost 20lbs in less than 2 months, just by watching what I eat. I have been lifting weights, but I haven't been doing any aerobic activities at all.Screwed up my knee somewhere in the hiking up and down hills. Wore out and ready to sleep for about a week. Need to get in better shape. Maybe I'll ask my Mom for her old sweetin to the oldies videos!
