Just bad policy...

So today has me really embarrassed and disappointed in myself because i know i'm better than that, i should not have gone back on my word, i should have maintained my deal, so for that i greatly apologize. Again for those who do not wish to deal with me further i do understand.

Franz, I admire you for coming here so quickly and manning up to your error of judgement. It shows great character to admit a mistake, apologise publicly and make it right.
I have no doubt that your intentions were not bad and it was just a lapse in judgement. I hope that you can go forward without this hanging over your head.

My view on a sale is that once the money has changed hands or the goods have been shipped, there is no going back on the deal. That does not mean a sale cannot be reversed if there is some post sale problem, but on the initial sale once you accept payment you are committed.

Sloth, you handled this very well and I think it is a good idea on your part to lock this thread down, as it has achieved what you wanted it to achieve.
