Service may be a it slower if the owner can't keep up.
We've seen a lot of that, even with people in business for a while.

Wow now I feel dumb/angry

The second knife I ordered, in hope it arrive at the right time, say before this w/e, I did from knifesupply.com... Just to find out it is the EXACT same store/guy (shawn) than DamascusKnifeStore.com ...!!!

What's the big idea? Anyways, I wrote another email canceling both orders (haven't been charged for either one yet, and the 1st one date from 4 weeks ago!)

Any suggestion as to where I could order a Shallot Damascus that has "fast" shipping? 2Brothers, if you get this message, I don't see it on your store but could you have it quickly or?

I actually just ordered from Warriors and Wonders the ZDP-189 model (not exactly the damascus, gonna be next time :P)

Just received a call from Jay to confirm order and shipping address - I must say I'm greatly impressed with the effort he seems to put on customer service. The total opposite of what I just experienced with Shawn

Unfortunately it's more expensive (I guess it's normal coming from Canada, damn that stupid "logic" :P), but at least now I know my conscience is free! If everything goes well I should receive it on Friday (he confirmed it'd ship later this pm), at worth next Monday I guess
