I have some where between not enough and too many depending on who is viewing the "collection".
Funny about how that changes that way.

I have one safe queen. Can't post a photo (it's not a traditional). It is a safe queen because I am afraid to use it enough that the DLC gets scratched. I have used it but with my butt puckered. Funny how that keeps it from getting scratched.
I love the way it looks. I even thought today that I might buy a second identical one and just use it with abandon, well as much as I ever use a nice knife that I really like with abandon.

However I am torn between the all black and a DLC with digital camo (a super classic).

Need some sort of photo here; I don't have a photo of the whole lot but it would fit in a single photo.
I have a few Trappers (my favorite traditional). I don't have enough sway backs and can you believe this . . . I have no tear drop. I think that is a totally great knife too ! I need to remedy that. Looks like I am not done "collecting" yet. Like I said there is only one safe queen so the rest are users for sure.

I don't know. I counted them once, but then I realized I had missed some, because they were stashed someplace else. Now I can't remember how many it was I counted. Besides it wouldn't matter because I have bought more since then. It's too much work to round them all up to one place so that I can count them. I don't want to know that bad.

It's not easy to scratch a DLC coating. If you use it enough to scratch and wear it then it'll have the boba fett look which is the coolest.

Yeah, I have to second this. DLC is tough, and when you manage to wear it, it feels like kind of an achievement.

well I'm not really sure but a quick look over tells me it's over 100.
Mostly lock backs and slipjoints,a few fixed blades and a few modern.
Sure lucky I have an understanding wife.
