As requested, I'm reposting the image of my EDC (top) after 12 years of use, and countless sharpenings. It's a 1996 large regular Sebenza. For comparison below my EDC, I show an unused large regular. The line-to-line spacing on the background paper is 0.25".

Chris has often talked about his reasoning for designing the Sebenza with a high hollow grind -- the fact that a working knife, delivering service year after year, will be sharpened countless times. In order to present an appropriately thin cutting edge as the blade wears towards the spine, a high hollow grind is essential to getting the most life out of the blade.

Since I had em' out and wiping them down, decided to take some new pics.
