Thanks! The Spartan has proven to be hard to photograph (lots of reflective surfaces). Of all of the pictures that I have taken of it…this one turned out by far and away the best.

My sister-in-law sent her kitchen knives home with me to sharpen. As much as I enjoy sharpening, I hate sharpening these cheap kitchen knives. They are extremely brittle and I’ve spent most of my time sharpening out the chips.

About to finish my third knife. Just need to sharpen it and figure out what kind of finish I want to put on the handles. PM2 for scale and also because it’s one of my favorites.

I would like to do that at this point . These things are definitely junk. Any other cheap kitchen stuff I’ve been asked to sharpen has been soft and gummy, this junk chips if you look at it
