It is a linerlock blade of 9cm, pocket knife ideal for the table (snack or meal) a good spreader.
Oh, okay. I asked because the patina on the blade makes it look (to me at least) like it might be made of silver, as fruit knives were in the past, but it doesn't look like a typical fruit knife pattern.

The blade is made of XC75 steel
It is a Byro from Mathieu Callejon, a French knifemaker, blacksmith, sculptor.
