• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

I have to ask...

What is the triangle piece you often post with the knives? (*that has the same Maker's Mark)

Is that something unique to your area?

It is a small pendant, made in a scrap of the sheet metal cut to make the handle of my knife, that Mathieu offered me and that I sometimes use as a decorative element when I take pictures.

Mathieu Callejon who created this knife has an approach of limited waste of natural resources and recycling of materials.
This is why his knives are never the same size to the nearest millimeter and sometimes have several centimeters of difference.
He creates a knife (or another object) according to the materials at his disposal.
He uses the scraps to create small jewels (pendants, earrings, bracelets...).

Sometimes, as in this example, he makes a knife to have scraps to create jewelry.

Sorry if I'm a little off topic with this post.

Good Sunday to all
