So I was scanning the internet for a Marauder, and I found one, and wanted to ask some questions about it. Decided to contact Medford knives expecting to talk to someone in their staff. Turns out Greg's personal number was listed on the website, and I thought "no way he'll actually answer that." So I called... and he actually answered. Not only did he answer, but the guy was EXTREMELY cool and helpful. A combined effort from Greg, Amy and Sean ultimately lead to the purchase of a perfect 3V Vulcan Marauder I had so desperately been searching for. I'm an easy going guy, and I don't expect a whole lot when I call ANY customer service, but this was exceptional. I'm just posting this because I think the guy deserves some credit. He makes awesome knives, lists his own number on the website, actually answers it, makes an honest attempt to help you, and he's super nice. A+ for Medford Knife and Tool customer service. I'm absolutely blown away. Just wanted to share with anyone who cared!
