Realized I never got around to posting a photo.

I recall asking Nathan if he would try to match pairs for folks who ordered 2, seeing as he’d mentioned a small amount of variability in them, and I was planning on seeing how they’d work for double sword forms (usually done with a pair of Chinese Liuyedao).

Couldn’t be more pleased. They balance right in front of the guard, and get this, one weighed 28.30oz and the other was 28.40oz. 0.1 oz. Precision machining😮

Al/Azwelke did a great job with the kydex sheaths, too. No rattle whatsoever .

VERY solid retention. No worries about them popping out no matter how many backflips I do (just need to learn how to do backflips first 😅). Need to sheath and draw them a few dozen times to see if it loosens a bit (the retention is a bit too firm right now).

*** if the Zombie apocalypse started tomorrow, THESE would definitely be my pick. I know they’re damned near indestructible (and zombie necks wouldn’t even rate any concern). Good weight and size for use both outside and in more confined spaces. Done deal 😁

I was waiting all day for UPS! He finally got here just before the wife and I had to leave for the evening. I opened it in the backyard and took some photos. I was marching around the yard swinging it and admiring the details. While my wife was side busting “there is nothing to cut back here”
I almost started trimming the trees! Lol.
