Kansas Knife Ban Bill Introduced

Any lawyer that gave someone advice to brandish a weapon of any kind in hopes of intimidating someone from attacking you should be disbarred ... that is simply ludicris and would get someone charged with serious criminal offenses at the very least ... if not get them killed.

Right :D there are quite a few details left out, details that I'm sure were brought up in court, If I remember right he said he only got probation with no jail time. That leads me to believe the details would've shown that both sides played a part in things getting violent :rolleyes: and both parties were being :poop:holes and I bet both parties got a knock on the noggin for acting stupid :p
