Ken Coats Slipjoints

Nice knives Ken. I really like that gunstock!

You're right, Ken. That abalone has some amazing color. The rest of the design matches the jewel-like quality of the covers.

:eek:That came out exactly as I wanted, Ken, thank you for your craftsmanshp.

This one comes in at just a hair over 3 5/8", Ats-34, integral 416 frame. And the abalone
is something else for color. Comments welcome--Take a look. NFS.
Ken.

That was a terrific job on the bone on the 3 7/8" trapper and the swayback Ken.:thumbup:

This one will be going out tommorow, been awhile since I made one this small. 2 5/8"
closed, my dyed and jigged bone. While most makers seem not to like making small knives
I think its kind of fun. They remind me of little scalpels. Ken.

Your knives are incredible Mr.Coats! I have been looking for a knife to be made custom for many years now and think I have found one I could really get in to owning. I really like the swayback you did for Chief. Would you be interested in making another in maybe a different color of Mammoth Ivory?

I like that spey on the trapper. It is "sorta" reminiscent of the spey on an old NYK farmers jack aka rooster comb. That's a nice one,as are all.
