wow, late response from me here, but I would say that NO, Ken44 is not reliable and I would give you $10 over what ever Ken offers you :D

That is funny. I heard a story from one of my friends of when he was working on a Japanese fishing boat as a youth. The told him on his first voyage that the equator marker was supposed to be visible from the surface of the water, but that some times it came loose from it's moorings and would foul the prop, so he had to stay out on the deck and keep an eye out to make sure it did not.
