Did you ever wonder what a 3.5" stag Lanny's Clip would look like with no shield, etched A2 blade and spring, and brushed finish pinched-n-rat-tailed bolsters? Well, wonder no more.

I would like to thank Todd Davison at the TAD Academy of Bolster Pinching for his on-phone tutelege in the fine art of "the pinch". He took the "scary" out of it.

Thanks guys...why, even the Old Dog was impressed and likes the look of these bolsters on the Lanny's Clip. The bolsters were ground, rat-tailed, and pinched up to 800 grit and then Scotch Brite'd.

Daaaaaang Kerry! You got a good scald on that one. I like everything about this one - no shiny, right size, great grind lines, great etch -- plus A2 is pretty much my favorite favorite steel (no I didn't repeat myself). Someone is going to be incredibly lucky to own that one - and they better carry it.
