I did call him PawPaw when I was just a kid, but now its just Pop. He liked the Khnutbuster a lot. I'm sure his buddies will all see it next week at church.

The knife is a Khnutbuster for my grandpa. He will get it at his 82nd birthday party on Sunday.

Your grandpa is fortunate in many ways. One is being the recipient of such a fine knife. More importantly, he is fortunate to have such a thoughtful grandson. I wish you many more birthdays with your Grandpa.

I was just perusing through this thread and came across this show stopper. I had thought that the first KH knife I was going to get would be a KHnutbuster, but man o man am I glad that I looked through this thread to find this knife. I think I might have dreams about this one. GREAT job on this pattern Kerry! Can't wait until my number comes up...

Well all, Kerry sent me "the" email today. He posted these up in the Lanny's Clip forum, but I thought Id throw them over here for continuity as well. He made me exactly what I asked for. I wanted a user, LC, etched carbon steel, capped and bolstered, with ivory paper micarta. aaannnnnddddd voila.

I cant wait to get it. Im like an f'ing kid at Christmas.
