Kerry Hampton Knives

He is alive!

Nice work on the peanut but that Barlow just causes me to droooooooooollllllllll! One of these days...

I always like to see this thread updated, you just know it's going to be something special.

Perfect blade combo on the Peakhnut Kerry.
It's a shame you don't like to build the wee ones, you sure nailed that one.

Kerry,

Great to see something new from you, it's been a while and your beautiful knives and photos are
a sight for sore eyes. Super sweet blade combo and the pinched bolster is a wonderful touch.

They're not as bad to make now that I have a couple of small ones under my belt. One benefit is the tang is too small to put a bushing in but then putting the knife together requires more care. I appreciate the complements.

Congratulations Kerry on the last three shown.I must start at the beginning.I really like the etched cattle knife and the ivory barlow.Would some sort of etching or "antiquification" be possible for the bolsters also? I would think this would be beautiful in contrast to the ivory.

Lovely swedges on that cattle pattern, which are even more evident with the etching, the opposite of what I would have thought. You are an amazing photographer though.:)

That Wharncliffe just puts it to the top of the tree, outta reach. :D Really impressive addition to your stable:thumbup:

From Peakhnut to Pekhan next!

I truly love that peanut! I carry the Russell version (in Chinese quince) in my EDC rotation, love that wharncliffe secondary.

I think everyone else beat me to it, but that's a real khnice khknife! I don't generally like pearl on knives but it would look good on that one.

Outstanding Dogleg, Kerry! That's some real pretty stag.
