That burgundy linen micarta is something else. With that finish it almost looks like cocobolo.

Awesome work Kerry. The muskrat is a prime example of why you say "yes" when a talented maker like yourself asks "you just want me to wing it?" My chef friend is going to love the slicer. Maybe now he'll stop trying to take mine home with him. :)
 
Awesome knives Kerry! :thumbup: I haven't seen many with the Burgundy linen micarta. It looks like rosewood...very nice.

Kerry nailed the muskrat for sure. He knows I don't like "shiny" and also this knife was going to be used. As Vince said, Kerry certainly captured the "work horse" aspect I wanted.
