Kerry Hampton Knives

I'm a Ho, I'll admit it. I've lusted after his knives a long time-- ever since he posted a BP he made for his brother that had some kind of matching golf divot thing. I got in line right about then and received my very own BP not so long ago. As fate would have it, I landed in the hospital for several weeks and my beautiful knife languished in my safe. But as soon as I was back on my feet, she was back in my pocket and has remained there since. In fact, just so you know Kerry, I used her today to prepare and serve some KILLER 4th of July bbq. I love this knife and need to get back in line before all you other guys wise up. lol

You are one lucky man Texas........That is a beautiful knife. Good luck in the future with KH aquisitions!

Kerry: What type and size of burr do you use for the jigging? You must blend prejigged scale to bolster and then rejig the blend? Thanks and very nice work.

Texas Slim...It's good to see that you're back up and good to go.

Here is a link to the thread with my brothers knife that you mentioned...my 2nd slip joint. It is handled with Case Chestnut Bone.

JohnL...you're right and the burr I use is a 5/8" button burr from MSC.

Kerry, I have decided to quit my job, come up and do your day job full time with the paycheck still going to you of course (minus my 0.5% overhead), and give you a chance to do these full time.

I'm so excited to get my next "knifehead deluxe" one of these days :) :) :)
