Cinder block concrete block, does it even matter . This isn't a construction forum for crying out loud. No one's going to get chastised by using either term. Found one on side of hiway with a 3 inch 1/2 moon break in blade. I really like the blade shape. I have a reinhart kukri that i slipped and hit my steel toe with it put a sleight bend in edge but still is my goto blade for clearing brush

I can tell you they're on something like their third SKU for the model so they've presumably made several tweaks over time.
