Kershaw starting Sprint Runs!

been waiting a while for a CF Bareknuckle so I could do this.....

I went back and forth on grabbing one and finally decided to pull the trigger and of course they're gone. Oh well, glad some of you all were able to score!

What a nice piece of work!
Looks like a knife that would run about $300 if it had a ZT logo on it instead of Kershaw.
I haven't bought either sprint, and I doubt I will be purchasing any in the future due to my handicap (southpaw).
I am thoroughly enjoying this thread though.
So until they decide to release a RAM or something more lefty friendly, I guess I'll just keep living vicariously through you guys.
Keep 'em coming Kershaw!

Only thing I've found different on mine is the spine of the blade is an S shape. From the jimping is drops, then comes back up and drops again to the point. It does nothing to affect the function or utility, it just a different look.

Don't care, makes it unique!

Mine is fantastic, and I'm very happy with the knife at the price I paid. If I was looking hard for flaws I'd only note that there are some voids in the CF of the handles where they're milled out above the pivot on the presentation side:

Action is great, fit and finish is great, and though the clip seems too tight at a glance it's just right in the smooth CF channel it sits in.

My favorite things about the Bareknuckle remain the same, it's the smaller 0777 (which I found too chunky in the pocket to carry much) that I always wanted. The 0770CF (and I have the 0770CFM4 as well) is close, but loses out to my new Bareknuckle by way of being taller (wider top to bottom) closed and yet smaller bladed at the same time, and also for being assisted.

My pair of Bareknuckles came today. Checked them both and couldn't see any discernible difference between the two, so I put one back in its box and I'm fiddling with the other. Great flipper action, the detent seems just right, solid lockup, and absolutely no blade play. The carbon fibre is awesome; it looks like the same stuff as on my CF Leek, although the Leek has just a hint more texture than the smoother finish on the Bareknuckle. The handle is wonderfully comfortable, definitely the most ergonomic knife I have outside of my Spydercos with finger choil (Calypsos, Kopa, Dragonfly). The blade to handle ratio is mind blowing, largely no doubt due to the angle of the cut at the end of the handles, which actually allows the cutting edge to start before the tip of the handle ends. Great pocket clip too. Rides very low.

This one is a keeper. Don't know what I'll do with the "spare" yet.

It's not as crazy as the Tumbler, though--that thing is ridiculous as far as this goes.

I had to look that one up, and yeah, that's pretty crazy. On BladeHQ the length is listed as 3.25" with 3.5" cutting edge (in a 4.25" handle).

Yeah, it's one of my favorite small knives. Mind blowing that it has more edge than my large Insingo in a much smaller knife.

Received mine today and have to say this is an excellent knife. This is the first Natrix model that I have owned and the ergonomics are great. The CF scales and subframe lock make it a very light knife especially for it size.

The action is great and the F&F is superb. Was on the fence about getting one at first having never owned a Natrix, but am very pleased to have not missed out on the sprint run.

Can’t wait to see what else Kershaw has in the sprint pipeline.

Carried mine at work today and it performed and felt great. I'm still not sure about the blade length though... It really just feels unnecessarily long to me, which makes it a mite cumbersome in my opinion. I haven't come across any jobs at work that I wouldn't be able to finish if the blade was a half inch shorter.

So mine showed up this afternoon and they really knocked this one out of the park!:thumbsup:

While I have recently purchased several ZTs this is the first Kershaw I’ve felt compelled to buy in a loooong time and if this is any indication of what’s to come then I’m really excited to see what’s in store for the future (especially considering that retail probably would have been at least double if it had had ZT stamped on it...)

I’m glad everyone that got one seems to be sharing the same sentiment that they hit a home run here.

I can’t wait to see what comes next. :)

I wonder if kershaw will announce they have a small stock left like they did with the random leek after it sold out. Give people who missed out a second chance.

I think they easily could have asked for more money. Compared to the 0770cf it's a $60 difference, and they are comparable in quality and fit and finish. But the Bareknuckle has, arguably, the better blade steel. Not to mention assisted vs manual on bearings.

I should have bought 2...ha!
