Kershaw Tactical Pack now in stores

Sounds about right man...as the first members to talk about them were West Coasters and I went to my Wally the next day and nothing.Went back a few days later and they had just got them.Might be the East and South is next( I'm in Ohio btw)
 
I blame hurricane Sandy.

I got the Fasthawk-the SOG Magnadot set and the Kershaw set. The Brawler is a heck of a knife for $20! The Magnadot is pretty heafty. The Fasthawk is cool! Not exactly sure what I will use it for though
 
I picked one up today. No issues with the knife but I unscrewed the pen to see what type of cartridge it uses and now it wont go back together: The upper and lower halves just slide together loosely and it's almost like they aren't threaded. Any suggestions before I exchange it?

I Bought two and one of them did this. Just exchange it

The easy fix to this is to unscrew the end with the clip and push the threaded insert that is inside back down where it belongs. Actually push it all the way out and put the ink cartridge back in and screw the insert to the end of the pen, then push the whole thing back together. Then screw the clip end back in.
 
I have two wally world at about ten miles away in oposite directions.
One of the stores had none. The other had a bunch in stock.
I bought one for myself and four as gifts.
The knife is great, the pen is pretty good and the flash light is an ok general purpose light.
All in all a great kit for 20 bucks.
I really think the knife is worth the 20 bucks alone. The rest is just gravy!:thumbup:
 
Ran by my local store this morning. 50+ on the shelves here. Great budget Kershaw knife with a couple bonus items is how I see it! I was in need of a small LED light for the car and I have always wanted to try out a tactical-style pen. The Brawler alone is worth the price of the set.
