Kershaw/ZT Picture Thread!!! Let's See Em'!

Blue cr would be cool, but I remember a bronze-like cf ZT offered that I really liked.

That would have matched the color of the pivot nicely too.

And since picture thread, how about Kai nail clippers. They are really good in my opinion.

I look at the 0545, 0707 and 0117 as being small, but really the livewire isn't much bigger.

I really like the Livewires.

I did finally find out what happens when you deploy the blade into your thumb...😶

It didn't stab into my skin, but rather left a wound similar to what you get with a lancet for checking blood sugar.

It did get my attention though.

Yessir the only person making old ZT model scales i can find.
Yep he's making a couple for me right now. I've wanted some of his work for a long time, I finally got a few pieces that I could request some. I'm getting an 0620 scale made, the g10 frag bolster and micarta scale style that he's done in the past. And a custom request for my 0801, nothing crazy just a plain cf scale with "ZT" embossed. He's definitely the king of ZT scales

The Bel Air got the Factory Special treatment, dope. Coolest Bel Air yet. I wasn't intending to get the original size, it's just a bit small, but when I saw this and for the initial sale price, I had to. It's $199, but it was on sale for $160, then you could sign up via email for an additional 15%. Steal of a deal. These are only available directly from Kershaw for anyone who may be interested. It should be amazing Cruwear as well, with optimal heat treat. Ever since Kai revamped their heat treat about a year ago, and is getting results like 63.9hrc Magnacut on a Launch, and 62hrc s45vn on a ZT 0044, I have full confidence this will be no different. Hopefully Taylor at the Steel Hardness Lab can get one in for confirmation.

This is just a straight up better knife than the Bugout in virtually every metric, anyone that says otherwise is just coping and is objectively wrong. Whether this Crucarta version, or the standard model, the Bel Air is indeed the Bugout killer. And for a cheaper price to boot. Benchmade is the proverbial dead horse, Kershaw and ZT are the people's champ.

^^ I recently bought a CF Bugout (first Benchmade knife ever (I have over 300 knives)) and ended up returning it. I wanted to know what the hype was about. I have 10+ Bel Airs and I sent the Bugout right back. First and last Benchmade knife.

Bel Air, and dare I say the Chinese Iridiums are just better knives. Ergos, action, MagnaCut etc etc etc.... DEFINITELY price-point - Holy cow BMs are expensive.

I'm hoping we get some colored CF versions - Red or Blue CF with Blackwash would be killer. More options in the Bel Air XL too. I just ordered a Bel Air XL USA version. Hoping we see some more options in the XL.

I was gifted a 154cm griptilian years ago and that's what started me in the hobby. I enjoy it, but I bought a Bugout on hype and ended up selling it. I used my expervoice employee discount and it was still more expensive than a Bel air. The only other bm I've spent money on was a spydie hole griptilian with iGorded micarta scales, because I've always loved and wanted that blade and iGorded scales. I will keep that one too, but no more bm's for me. They have their head so far up their own bum it's incredible. Playdough hrc, uninteresting and uninspired designs, plastic handles with microscopic liners, and unreasonably high prices. It's incredible people still buy them and hold them in a reasonably high regard. *steps off soap box*
