Kershaw/ZT Picture Thread!!! Let's See Em'!

Indeed he is! I had the same concern so I email him before placing an order and he answered very quickly. Also made my disc and shipped very quickly. It's an awesome upgrade, a bit expensive but overall I still recommend it.

MXG Gear makes really nice hardware. I replaced the factory screws with their titanium versions and switched to their titanium clip. It was a huge improvement over the factory clip, which got caught more often than I would like due to the lockbar cutout location.

One.of.many reasons I dislike Framelocks😡 ......At the very least the lock bar cut out should be on the .inside
not out where it.snags on the lip if.EVERY pocket.....🙄

i very rarely encounter this issue but when i do, it's really infuriating. the two worst offenders i have experienced are the Lionsteel Skinny and the Case Kinzua. The Kinzua is exceptionally terrible knife. The Skinny has some redeeming qualities but not many, although it served me well for quite a while so I'll give it a pass. When it comes to framelocks, my favorite configuration is the faux-bolster style, because the scale covers the lockbar relief. I also just love the way they look, I own many

The REK clip was my first choice, but they were out of stock. I keep meaning to get a Grey Precision thumb disc, but I wasn't sure if he was still doing it since I hadn't seen an update in a while.
As far as I know he is doing them, and they are fantastic! The only disc knife I own that doesn't have a monsterdisc on it is my CKF red eagle 😁

That's why I love how LG does a bit more of a scallop than a squared cut like McNees for example

Since I mentioned the faux-bolster style being one of my favorites, here's a selection of a few of mine. I have more and love them all. And because we are in a Kai enjoyer thread, here is one of my all time favorite knives and what I will be carrying today

Looks nice👌
looks alot different than oem but i really dig it. to my eye it looks like it could come from the factory like that. i love the 0620/0630, i just didnt enjoy accidentally deploying it and it didnt feel ergonomic when closing it one handed. this is what i envisioned as my perfect version of it, very happy with how it came out. i might have a compound hollow grind put on it some day, when BGM gets his compound attachment again, then we'll really be cookin with gas!

This is a kind of cool, gadgety knife introduced by Kershaw in 2005. It was designed by the G&G Hawk team. Lots of moving pieces. Opens with a toggle that can be used in lots of ways. Has a roller lock on top of the frame. Has a carabiner to hook to a belt loop and doubles as a bottle opener. Blade Magazine awarded it the Most Innovative American Made Design in 2005. This one is the ZT1900UCBLK -- which is a black frame with urban camo design. Steel is Sandvik 13C26.
