KH-3K Stimulus Package

Normally I turn down the offer to win knives in these contests because I'm blessed to own some pretty good ones, but not this time...give me that darn knife!!! ;)

This is where the stainless steel washers get glued into place, after jigging, and then the knife is temporarily put together for the umpteenth time and cleaned up around the edges for final assembly....it's the 7th inning stretch.

Knutbusters....please and thank you very much, with sugar on top.

I deserve one for my pleasant online demeanor.:D

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

You deserve it just for your work on the Forum knife!

Congrats on 3000, Kerry!

That jigged micarta is looking great. I think that's the first time I've seen that done. I'm getting anxious just waiting to see what the finish knife is going to look like.

Btw, congrats on the 3,000+ milestone. I know I've always enjoyed seeing pictures of your handiwork.

Damn... step away for a couple hours and look what I miss!! That little beauty of mine... Er ummm... I mean the contest knife sure is coming along great. :D

That is one beautiful soddie. Haven't F&F on a soddie like that ever. Also, really loving the jigging. It's like organized noise.

Please count me in benevolent KHnutbustermeister. I sure enjoy your posts and the knowledge, beautiful photos, and humor you share here.

p.s.- if you pick me, I'll send you an all inclusive round trip ticket for you and one other mammal to visit and luxuriate at Club FolksyMed where guests enjoy private pools and other aromatic amenities...:D

I don't qualify, so this isn't an entry. I just wanted to say that the contest is great, posting the work in progress pictures is a great way to keep it moving along, and the final product is phenominal!

Thanks for sharing!

I've never been to that "aromatic amenity" Ford, but it is an ingenious solution to a hot day!
Might be worth a knife, Kerry, if it gets hot where you live!!:D

You mean mine is not perfect. I think it is:D.
Ifin I win this generous contest, I will cherish it too.
Congrats on 3K posts.
Jim
