The gentleman responsible for all of this just contacted me, saying that he's slipped that slipjoint into the mail today. :thumbup: :D
I don't think I can rightly say how lucky I feel about this, so I hope he likes what I've got planned.

You know, cow chips are pretty folksy too, and would give Kerry something to roll around the yard. :)

Yea...I could use that man purse to carry around all the Bose knives that I take pictures of. They get kinda heavy....all those darn knives.:rolleyes:

Hey Kerry, What a knife...Sign me up! You did a great job with it. Love the way it finshed out. I think the owner should know who drilled the holes for the pins that hold that shield in place. Don't you? lol
 
Well...the original bone was s'pose to be yellow. I glued it on and pinned it and I cracked the dang bone while I was pinning on the shield....it happens. :( While I am at the Wilfred Works Tony sometimes can't keep from helping me just a little bit sometimes. A good teacher will do that some times.
 
Hey Kerry,

I didn't think that you would reveal all you secrets;) I thought it was funny how Tony just took it and did what he thought was best.

On a more serious note you are becoming one heck of a knifemaker....seeing this one up-close was a privilege. And having bit of Bose DNA in it doesn’t hurt it at all.
