I think we should change his name to pokeyman...he sure is taking his time to come back here. :)
 
Hmm.. can't say I qualify. I just the read forum every other day or so.
Kinda a newbie to traditionals - got a friction folder, a few slipjoints, and a couple lockbacks (Mountain Man-style trapper and a Mercator).

Oh, you've got an entire knife community chomping at the bit for one of your knives. Even the people who own customs would love to get in line.

But seriously, you're going to let granddad's shotgun be silent and just pick a number if pukkooman doesn't show up? I bet granddad's 12 gauge would like a second chance to speak and be heard. ;)
 
Thank you RobbW. I think he just forgot that he entered the contest. He's been bouncing around in the other threads just having a blast, totally oblivious to this.

The next highest number of beebies is who I would pick. I s'pose I could blaze away at another target but I don't think I will need to.

Besides, this is kinda fun just waiting to see if he finds out before or after it's too late. I suppose I could start a new thread titled, PUUKKOMAN BIG WEENER!, that would spoil the fun.

Sssssssshhhhhhhhh don't say anything :D

Well Kerry,this was one of the most generous gestures to be offered here,and trust me when I say this fella's,'cause I have one of these Hampton Swaybacks & it has been in my pocket every day since I got it.Just a really great little carry knife & cuts real great,too
But,and please don't take this the wrong way,this might not have happened if you invited some heavyweights,to a heavyweight contest.
I hope,for Puuko's sake,he remembers & gets it,I'd hate to look back at this & saw I missed 'cause I skipped my Ginko Biloaba & plum forgot to check.
