Khuk Kollection & Khuk Rack Konstruction

The last photo I'll share on this project. The khukuri rack is mounted on the wall and being held in place with three 2" deck screws. Just realized this evening that there are two empty slots which translates into two additional khukuri, but only to fill it. Two additional are required so one can hang near the gun shop door and one on the night stand. You realize this makes me look silly. After all I only stopped in to buy only one.......

[/IMG] Well, Captain. What do you think?

And now you can never leave. We'd miss you something fierce if you left us now!

That looks mighty fine. You were talking down the quality of that walnut but it sure looks good with the finish on it.

Seems to work really well too holding a variety of different khuks.

That's very nice work. Only thing is, I'm right-handed and it hurts my head to look at all those blades pointing in the "wrong" direction. :)

I think its time for a big ol bottle of Guinness:thumbup: Well done Bookie. Im with Bawanna. That walnut is very nice finished like that, Thats a great design too!

Ahhh, David. There is a method to my madness. By placing the khukuri in the rack with the handles to the left, the left hand is doing most of the work and that requires the good Doctor to take more time to assure security before leaving the rack.
