(or they just have ridiculous CS)
If at all possible I would avoid this place. It has been over two weeks since I placed my order now and they still will not refund $267.16 that they took from me. I ordered a Spyderco from their site and they automatically took my money out of my account before they even checked to see if they had it in stock (I for one feel this is a questionable [and sleazy] business practice). They then emailed me 2 days later and told me that it wasn't in stock and I could wait for it to be available (which is funny b/c its a discontiuned model) or I could get a refund. I told them I wanted a refund and they acknowledged they would refund the money on the 21st of Feb. Since then I have sent several emails and left several voice mail messages for them but they never respond. This is the worst place I have ever had to deal with. I just called my bank today and they checked my account and said no money had been posted in there yet. I was told by kingofswords that it would take 24-48 hours to process the refund and 2-3 days to show up on my account.... it has been far longer than that now and I am highly annoyed to say the least. I also contacted my bank today and let them know what happened and they will be getting my money back for me but this has still been a horrible experience for me and I hope this post will help others to avoid falling into the same situation as me. From now on I'll be ordering from newgraham.com where I know the people are honest and reliable.
