After going to the website that GregS posted, "The King of Swords" deserves a Hall of Shame nomination. Glad Daywalker got the refund, but having to go to the cops says alot about " The King of Sh*ts".

I found this forum trying to find some contact information for King of Swords.

I am an active duty military member assigned in Okinawa. I purchased a gift for my wife on the 23 of April 2009 and was charged the same day. As of today I have not recieved the product nor recieved any response from the company. I tried the email listed for the manager and got a denied delivery message back. Can anyone point me in a direction to get the item or a refund?

I'd recommend this too.

I contacted them through their site; always got a quick, nice reply but sadly no action was taken. Eventually called my bank and got my money back, though it took 2 months.
I contacted KOS in those 2 months (even managed to stay polite and civil) and got same message over and over again, that my e-mail is forwarded to proper personnel and so on.

Hope you get yours back.

I just discovered this thread, and what strikes me is that after this first post from 2006, we never heard from Scott again (I could not resist highlighting part of his post, in retrospect it is hilarious, especially the "I'm here..." bit :jerkit:).

So, Scott, King of Chickens, where are you hiding?

Wow.....It is Just amazing that this Guy keeps slipping thru loopholes and is allowed to screw more people over.

I just have one silly question..... As this guy is clearly a Dealer(albeit a bad one)Why is he allowed to maintain a simple Registered User account? (since 2006 with the only post being in this thread).

I actually got my refund a few days ago!!! I am not sure if Detective Scott of the Cobb County Sheriff's Dept. had anything to do with it, but I got it awfully quick after we spoke on the phone!

Here is some helpful info for those who got ripped off by these @$$hats...it helped me, and I gotta thank some good brothers from another forum who provided me with said info:

If you are having trouble receiving a refund from King of Swords, contact Investigator Ronald Scott at the Cobb County Sheriff's Office in Marietta, GA (770-499-4652). They have been very successful at securing refunds after they go to the establishment. I was also able to contact a King of Swords Manager at eswordshipping@aol.com. (The guy's name is "AL") He was able to speed up the refund process. Best of luck to anyone else who has been ripped off by this company. You should find success using one of the above ideas. Take care.

SO...give Mr. Ronald Scott a call and get your money back if you can!!!

All current dissatisfied customers should read this information from Daywalker !!! It worked for him, it can't hurt to try, nothing else seems to have worked for anyone else.

Gotcha Esav, I was Just wondering. Even though i myself do not feel he deserves a place in this community,as he's still clearly scamming people. A plank is what he needs although not one he can necessarily walk off the end of.
 
If you would like your MONEY back, Call - 404-664-3045, im guaranteing your money back. Call that number, His name is Al. He WONT answer. But continue to call. Txt him, saying your gonna contact Ronald Scott of Cobb County, txt him and leave him ur name and order number, and he will cancel ur order and refund the money cause he will get so pissed. dude must be having money problems or something... i've ordered from Scott before, he even used to send me gifts like free knuckles and knives with my orders... then one day (MONTHS after i received my last order from them) i got a message saying "we didn't charge you enough on shipping so we went ahead and charged some money to your card" WTF:confused: that's just bad business right there, i replied "fine i hope you enjoy your 10$ i will never do business with you again"... after reading this thread, i'm glad i didn't!

and 3000 Round, Bulk Bag, .20 Gram BB, White, AEG Grade = 7.24
Plus shipping of $42.99
Total $68.23 .

This payment was deducted from my credit card on Thu Oct 7, 2010 in the amount of $68.23


I had tried calling, sending emails, and leaving feedback on the home page, and still I had not received the Airsoft toys, or been able to get in touch with anyone at this company, nor have I been contacted even as to date~~~!!!

On Fri, Oct 8, 2010 The canceled the order through the King of Swords website. I did receive a confirmation for cancellation, and a message : Your order has been canceled. Please take your threats and your business elsewhere.
and I still have not been issued the credit for the cancellation...nor any messages or emails or phone calls.

No one answers the phones at King of Swords, nor do they have the courtesy to return a phone call or email.

I will be taking this issue up with Inspector Ronald Scott of the Cobb County Sheriff's Office, The Georgia Office of Consumer Affairs, along with the Local FBI...IF THERE IS NO REFUND ISSUED to my credit card by the end of the business day on MONDAY, Oct 11, 2010.

There is also a complaint filed with the Internet Crime Complaint Center regarding this matter.

Please take the opportunity to resolve this immediately, NO LATER THAN close of business, Monday Oct 11, 2010.

I was immediately informed that the knife was discontinued and no longer available.
I have sent dozens of e-mail with no response.
I can still go on your web site and pull up my screen with my order.
Please advise, I'd like to get my $105.00 back.
