Kings win the cup!

Sadly tho, they can't best anyone in the east. Becker necker here I come.
 
Now comes the true test of their mettle. I think if they win The Cup, and they certainly have a shot, Dustin Penner will finally play like I know he can, and will be the MVP of the team.
This is going to be a fun ride.

Kings Vs Devils. Should be good. What a goaltending dual it will be. Quick is the young stud, Brodeur is the salty veteran with multiple records under his belt. I kind of want the kings to win, but I took the devils. So let's go Devils!!!!

Predictions seem split, maybe a few more leaning towards the Devils. Still, I'm going with the Kings and their unbeaten road streak.

You don't win the series with the first game, but this one is definitely important. Can the Devils win to show the Kings are mortal on the road? Can the Kings win and show that this series could go like each one they had before it? Definitely an exciting game one!
 
I only saw the overtime. Awful coverage on kopitar by the devil's defense to end the game. Still say devils in 6.

Aren't you the one who predicted Kings vs. Caps. Your judgement is suspect. We barely belonged in the playoffs. I don't really have a dog in this fight but I'm rootin' for the devils.
 
Ya that was me. As to barely, we made it right, and now were smokin! As to your dog, stay off my lawn ! And pick up the crap he left in that remark.
 
Didn't mean to offend you, amigo. I was only kidding. The Caps didn't belong and the Kings have a very good chance. I'm just partial to the east coast teams. I don't own a dog at this time.

Sitting here watching game 2 trying not to fall asleep. Where's the gritty, grimy hockey? Last year Boston and Vancouver hated either and it showed in every game. Kings and devils are showing a polite mild contempt for each other. Well OT is about to start, guess I'll grab a cup of tea and a crumpet and enjoy the action. Go Devils! Seriously tho, do something.
 
Don't forget the Bruins lost the first two last year and still won the cup. Devils can do it. Probably not tho.
